Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to find information and get in touch with us, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.

What this website does

• Pages use real headings, lists and landmarks (header, navigation, main content and footer), so screen readers can move through them
• Photos have text descriptions
• Links, buttons and form fields can be reached and used with a keyboard, and show a visible outline when focused
• Every form field has a visible label, and required fields are coded as required, so browsers and screen readers announce them
• Phone numbers and email addresses are written out in full, not only behind buttons
• Phone and estimate buttons are large enough to tap easily on small screens
• Pages respect your device’s reduced-motion setting
• Text and background colors were chosen for readable contrast

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This site has not yet had a formal third-party accessibility audit, so some issues may remain.

Known limitations

• The address link opens Google Maps in a new tab, which is outside our control
• Calling from a phone link depends on your device and browser
