A new construction HVAC contractor you don’t have to manage
We know where HVAC scopes go wrong on a build, and we plan around it from the start. The goal is simple: you shouldn’t have to think about the HVAC.
- Any size project. From family homes to estates — we’ve done projects up to 30,000 square feet — we have the capacity and experience to handle the HVAC scope.
- High-end new construction experience. Deep experience with high-end new construction in Atherton, Palo Alto and Menlo Park.
- Value engineering. We work within the project budget and find cost-effective approaches without cutting quality.
- Problems caught early. We know contractor pain points and look ahead for issues before they reach the jobsite.
- Schedule discipline. Equipment and materials are ordered ahead, so the job is never waiting on us.
- One accountable contact. Jordan is personally involved in every project — you deal with the owner, not a salesperson or dispatcher.
Nothing falls through the cracks
Before rough-in and before equipment is set, we run checklists to confirm that everything other trades provide for our equipment is in place — and we raise anything missing early, instead of discovering it on install day.
- Power — circuits and disconnect locations for every piece of equipment
- Plumbing rough-ins — condensate drains and any connections our equipment depends on
- Framing and chases — clear routes and clearances for ductwork and refrigerant lines
- Equipment locations — access for installation and future service
- Venting and penetrations — planned with the trades responsible for them
- Open items — flagged to you early, with who needs to resolve them
Clean systems at handover
Construction dust is hard on new HVAC systems. We protect the system while the house is being built and clean it before it’s handed over.
- Metal covers on registers and boxes throughout construction, to keep dust and debris out of the duct system
- Duct cleaning before handover, so the system starts its life clean
- Start-up and operating check once the house is ready

You deal with the owner — not a salesperson.
Jordan personally handles every quote, every phone call, and every job walkthrough. His crew does the installation work under his direct supervision — walked through step by step and held to his standard. No commissioned salespeople pushing equipment you don't need. No middlemen, no relayed messages, no forgotten details. You don't get whoever was dispatched that day. You get the owner's eyes on your job, from quote to finish.

New construction HVAC questions for builders
Do you work directly with general contractors?
Yes. We work with general contractors and builders, and Jordan is your direct contact on every project — from pricing through handover.
How do you keep the HVAC scope on schedule?
Equipment and materials are ordered ahead to match the build schedule, and we coordinate with you so the HVAC work is ready when the job needs it.
Can you work within our project budget?
Yes. Value engineering is part of how we price a job — we look for cost-effective approaches that meet the budget without cutting quality.
What does new construction HVAC cost per square foot?
Cost per square foot varies too much between projects to quote one number. System type, zoning, ductwork, equipment efficiency and the finishes all change it. Send us the plans and we’ll give you a written bid for your project.
How do you coordinate with other trades?
We run checklists verifying power, plumbing rough-ins and everything else other trades must provide for our equipment, and we flag anything missing early so it doesn’t stall the job.
What size projects do you take on?
New construction HVAC of all sizes, from family homes to estates — we’ve done projects up to 30,000 square feet.
How do you protect the system during construction?
Registers and boxes are covered with metal covers during construction to keep dust out, and the ductwork is cleaned before the system is handed over.
What warranty do our clients get?
10-year parts warranty and up to 10-year labor warranty on the majority of equipment we install.
