Privacy Policy
What we collect through this website, how we use it, and how to reach us about it.
This policy explains what information Jordan Heating & Air Conditioning collects through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have. Effective October 2026.
Who we are
Jordan Heating & Air Conditioning, 2860 Spring Street, Suite 8, Redwood City, CA 94063. Phone: (650) 650-2653 (650-650-COLD). Email: jordanheatingac@gmail.com.
Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us:
- Quote and contact forms: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you need, and any message you write. The form also records which page you sent it from.
- Phone calls and emails: whatever you share with us when you call or write.
How our forms work
Forms on this site are submitted through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service. FormSubmit receives what you enter and delivers it by email to jordanheatingac@gmail.com. FormSubmit’s own privacy policy covers how it handles the information it processes.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and answer your questions
- To schedule visits and prepare written quotes
- To provide the service you ask for and follow up on it
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to receive and respond to your request: FormSubmit, which delivers form submissions, and our email provider, where messages are stored. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies, analytics and outside services
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your browser’s standard request information, such as your IP address. Our address links to Google Maps; if you open it, Google’s privacy policy applies there.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (650) 650-2653 or email jordanheatingac@gmail.com.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its effective date.
You deal with the owner — not a salesperson.
Jordan personally handles every quote, every phone call, and every job walkthrough. His crew does the installation work under his direct supervision — walked through step by step and held to his standard. No commissioned salespeople pushing equipment you don't need. No middlemen, no relayed messages, no forgotten details. You don't get whoever was dispatched that day. You get the owner's eyes on your job, from quote to finish.
